Home Care Caregiver
Multiple positions available | Part-time & Full-time | North Alabama
Position Overview
We're looking for compassionate, reliable caregivers to join our team. As a home care caregiver, you'll provide support with activities of daily living, companionship, and other services that help seniors age safely at home.
Key Responsibilities
- β Assist with personal care and hygiene
- β Provide companionship and social engagement
- β Help with meals and light housekeeping
- β Assist with medication reminders
- β Provide transportation support
- β Report to management regularly
- β Maintain professional and caring demeanor
Qualifications & Requirements
- β High school diploma or equivalent
- β Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- β Ability to pass background check
- β Compassionate and patient demeanor
- β Strong communication skills
- β Physical ability to assist with mobility
- β CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
Preferred Qualifications
Previous home care or healthcare experience, CNA certification, dementia care training, language skills, or experience with specific populations (elderly, disabled, etc.)
